Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Support

• Partner with key financial and non-financial stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making.
• Support sales teams with financial modelling, ensuring profitability aligns with expectations.
• Identify financial risks & opportunities, helping to navigate business growth effectively.

Performance & Analysis

• Deliver insightful financial reports, budgets, and cash flow analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Support operational teams in understanding financial performance and cost control.
• Lead month-end processes, ensuring accurate reporting and balance sheet reviews.
• Manage working capital by improving billing processes and debt management.

People & Leadership

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted finance partner.
• Provide training to operational teams, improving financial literacy across the business.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance team members, supporting their career development.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for an analytical, detail-oriented finance professional with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for adding commercial value.
Essential Skills & Experience:

Experience in management accounting within a service business.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide data-driven financial insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to partner with non-finance teams.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Desirable Experience:

Experience in events, premium hospitality, or CPU-led businesses.

Knowledge of SAP, Cognos, Excel Macros, and VBA.

Experience mentoring or training junior finance professionals.
