Junior Finance Assistant

Location: Queenslie

Salary: £23k - £25k

Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 - 5

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Junior Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Financial Controller and supporting the Finance team, the Junior Finance Assistant will be based in Queenslie.

Duties:

• Day-to-day management and reconciliation of Financial Accounting
• Payroll transactions and functions including: banks, petty cash, credit cards, purchase ledger invoices, staff expenses and staff travel.
• Month-end duties and closure process for the above areas of Financial Accounts and Payroll, as well as any regular and/or ad hoc reporting requirements.
