Job Description

We're looking for our next superstar to join our finance team in a Financial Planning and Reporting role at our Thame Head Office. You will have 2-3 years of experience in a finance role and enjoy the reporting analyst side of finance.

This role supports Business Partners by providing financial insights, accurate forecasting, and key reporting. This will include generating financial reports, analysing variances, and providing insights.

We are not looking for the finished article, but if you have the drive and motivation to learn and are open to developing your financial experience further, we would love to hear from you.

Training will be given, including support towards CIMA or ACCA qualifications.

Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9

Salary: Up to £40K DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly accounts, variance analysis, and KPIs.
  • Support group-level reporting and respond to parent company inquiries.
  • Assist in quarterly and annual financial statement preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Translate complex financial data into compelling insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Produce board-level reports, summarising key financial insights.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Finance BTEC degree or AAT.
  • Strong communication skills, translating financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to present insights in a clear, engaging, and actionable way.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
