The Role

This role is for a Junior Finance Analyst with strong financial systems skills who will work as part of the Prose on PixelsFinance team. The role will support UK FC on PoP UK and Global activities:

UK

• Monitor timesheet data accuracy and completion
• Assist FC with preparation of month-end revenue cut off
• Preparation of monthly shadow P&L's
• PowerBI Monthly Dashboards
• Ensure the completion of freelance tracker
• Be the point of contact for Pulse issues
• PoPResource set up
• Update rates in Pulse with approval from FC/CFO
• Assist Client teams with Pulse queries
• Ad hoc Client reconciliations

Global

• Production of PoP global reporting (Monthly Reporting and Quarterly Forecast)
• Monthly Board meeting and Budget Decks
• Global HQ Analysis
• Ad-hoc Analysis
