Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is partnering with a global OEM to recruit a Junior Field Service Engineer. Based in the Birmingham area, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to become a technical expert on advanced equipment.

You'll perform routine maintenance, learn repair techniques, and travel locally as part of a structured development programme. A driving licence and an engineering qualification or suitable proven experience are essential for this entry‑level role.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems is required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Engineering qualification or relevant experience preferred.
