Junior Field Service Engineer - Full Training Provided

Based in Staffordshire - Field-Based Role Across the UK
£28,000 - £32,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus + 28 Days Holiday
Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm | 40 Hours per Week

We're offering a rare chance to join a growing engineering company as a Junior Field Service Engineer - and no experience is needed! You'll be fully trained to become a specialist in high-tech fibre laser systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Installing and commissioning fibre laser machines at customer sites.
2. Diagnosing faults and repairing electrical/mechanical systems.
3. Supporting customers with technical troubleshooting.
4. Travelling across the UK with a company van - no two days are the same!

What We're Looking For:

1. A UK manual driving licence - essential.
2. A genuine interest in engineering or how things work.
3. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
4. Happy to travel and stay away from home when needed.

No previous experience? No problem. If you're motivated and hands-on, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
