Job summary

TRP RECRUITMENT is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support senior sales leadership across key fashion retail accounts. This role targets a commercially aware and highly organised individual with experience in fashion suppliers or retailers in account management or sales support.

The successful candidate will coordinate product development, timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery from concept to production in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion supplier/manufacturer/retailer in account management or sales support roles.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of garment production and critical path management.
• Experience managing short and long lead-time projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Sales Manager across key fashion retail and customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service and repeat business.
• Manage and coordinate critical path timelines across multiple projects and product categories.
• Liaise with design, production, merchandising, and logistics to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor orders from development through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
