Job summary

QED Legal in Barnsley is seeking a Junior Family Solicitor to join its experienced Family team. The role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor or up to around 3 years' PQE, with supervision and mentoring to build confidence and technical skills.

You will handle a caseload including divorce, financial remedy, private children disputes, cohabitation issues, and domestic abuse applications, with support from senior lawyers.

• c. NQ - 3 years' PQE in Family Law
• Experience handling or assisting with private family matters during training or post-qualification
• Excellent client care and communication skills

Junior Family Solicitor - Barnsley A well-established and highly respected South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Junior Family Solicitor to join its experienced Family team in Barnsley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to around 3 years' PQE who is looking to develop their career alongside highly experienced family lawyers within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role You'll work closely with experienced members of the Family team, assisting with and managing your own caseload of private family matters, including:

You'll receive ongoing supervision and mentoring, giving you the opportunity to build confidence, develop your technical skills and progress your career within a well-established department.
