Qualifications

• Solicitor with experience in private family law.
• Ideally 1-3 years' PQE (flexible for strong candidates outside this range).
• Confident supporting senior lawyers while managing your own matters.

Responsibilities

• Support senior fee earners on complex private family matters, including high-value financial remedy cases
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private children matters
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation disputes and separation agreements
• Contributing to the smooth running and continued growth of the family department
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with business development and networking activity
• Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues across the firm
