Junior Facilities Project Manager FM Projects (Healthcare Contract)
Location: Central London
Salary: GBP50,000

We re recruiting on behalf of a leading client-side team managing a major healthcare contract in central London. They re looking to appoint a Junior Facilities Project Manager with a background in facilities management or the built environment to support the delivery of a range of FM-related projects.

This role is focused on property, estate, and infrastructure projects including self-delivered variations and lifecycle works within a live, operational healthcare environment.

It s an excellent opportunity for someone with around 3 4 years experience in the built environment who is looking to take the next step in a client-side project role.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the delivery of FM and lifecycle projects across a healthcare estate

• Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors

• Managing project documentation, data, and financial tracking in Excel

• Working with stakeholders across all levels to ensure smooth project delivery

• Applying knowledge of RIBA project stages to support planning and delivery

What we're looking for:

• Experience in facilities management, building services, or estate-based projects

• Solid understanding of the RIBA plan of work

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Confident using Excel to support project reporting and coordination

• Organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple workstreams

• PFI or healthcare experience is not required, but a good grasp of how to operate in a complex, live environment will be valuable.
