Junior Executive Assistant

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: Camberley, UK (3 days onsite per week)

Core Skills

  • Action by raising and submitting to the central teams all financial spend requests.
  • Resource management (hiring requests and approvals, forecasting, onboarding, contract/contractor management).
  • Support key deliverables ensuring they are on time/accurate.
  • Help manage initiative spending/recovery via the assigned tools.
  • Establish and share best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • The ability to influence peers/partners.
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Works well under deadlines.
  • Proven knowledge/experience in business support functions.

Must Have

  • Previous experience in a business supporting role, such as general office, accounts payable, or credit control, is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with peers and partners daily.
  • Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Highly analytical thinking with the ability to create reports.
  • Ability to analyze data, make recommendations, and drive consensus across multiple departments.
  • Excellent organization skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to influence and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Prior experience handling multiple facets of running a technology business: financial management, process improvement, reporting, data analysis.
