Job description

Fixed Term Contract Live Production – Logistics

This role will see you assist in planning and executing the delivery of a range of event logistics solutions for a number of our clients projects.

You will be supporting the Motorsport Team with Ticketing for events, Guest itineraries, administration tasks and communications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a rigorous attention to detail to support the team to ensure that our event logistics solutions are robust.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be involved in the administration of Motorsport projects, from briefing meetings and early development, through ticketing management for racing fixtures, venue sourcing, catering, transportation requirements, staff and crew travel and welfare.
  • On- site delivery, and post-event debriefs and reconciliation.
  • Help to develop ideas to suit the wide variety of client needs and give you an in depth understanding of our client portfolio.
  • Conduct thorough and comprehensive research such as venue finding in line with the brief and requirements and make recommendations.
  • Co-ordinate, research and book travel and accommodation for staff where required, with Imagination’s preferred travel supplier and in line with company policy and project budget.
  • On-site support e.g with staff briefings and documentation, crew catering and
    welfare.
  • Ensure that tasks are delivered within the timeframe agreed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Vigorous attention to detail
  • Your curiosity will drive continuous learning, research and awareness of the event logistics landscape, both internally and externally
  • High proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, video conferencing applications
  • A general understanding of IT, information security and business systems
  • Knowledge of Ticketing would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Registration platforms and tools would be advantageous
  • Be a highly self-motivated team player, with a commitment to quality and professionalism
  • Be articulate and able to communicate and build relationships across our business internally and
    externally
  • Be extremely organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Have the ability to deliver under pressure and multi-task
  • Willing and able to travel internationally for work, and from time to time work unsociable hours (inc.
    weekends) for extended periods
  • A clean driving license and the ability to drive
