Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to integrate new functionalities and trading protocols.

• Support dealers with questions related to platform functionality, user interfaces, and APIs.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency gains.
• Deliver excellent client service and ensure dealer readiness for rollouts.
