Office Angels is seeking a Junior Estimator in Chessington with a strong eye for detail and numerical capability. The role starts on-site, with early training and potential hybrid work after onboarding. You will review drawings, prepare estimates, and liaise with suppliers to gather pricing and technical data.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and client enquiries to understand project requirements.
• Analyse layouts, dimensions, finishes, acoustic requirements, and installation considerations.
• Prepare clear technical enquiries where additional information or clarification is required.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to obtain pricing and technical information.
• Produce accurate cost estimates and formal quotations.
• Ensure quotations accurately reflect specifications, lead times, and installation requirements.
• Maintain organised records of enquiries, estimates, and quotations.
• Respond to client queries and provide technical support where required.
• Assist with value engineering and alternative solutions to meet client requirements.
