Are you a Junior Estimator or similar with experience in Refurbishments / Fit-Outs looking to progress into a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Estimator role within a well-established company where you will learn from Senior team members?

This family owned business, established in 1969, provides full Fit-Out and Refurbishment solutions to a number of sectors including Retail, Commercial, Airports, Banking and many more. With an in-house manufacturing team, they are able to provide excellent bespoke joinery services to their clients. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a Junior Estimator to their team.

In this autonomous role, you will primarily be office-based, with travel to sites as required. You will assist in overseeing financial contracts, liaise with the Commercial Director and Senior Quantity Surveyor, as well as manage project handovers, project costs, and budgeting.

This role would suit a Junior Estimator or similar with a background in Fit-Outs looking to progress into Senior roles, while learning from Senior team members and working with some of the biggest names in the industry.

The Role:

• Oversee financial contracts, as well as budgeting of projects and subcontractors.
• Manage project handover while liaising with the Commercial Director.
• Attend site meetings when needed.
• Progression routes into Senior roles.

The Person:

• Junior Estimator or similar.
• Experience in Refurb / Fit-Out.
• Commutable to Bradford.
