Typical graduate pathway

Day-to-day you will

• Convert architects\' drawings into accurate cost schedules (training provided)
• Liaise with contractors, merchants and production to lock in budgets and delivery dates
• Work with in-house structural engineers on basic calcs and value-engineering ideas
• Compile hand-over packs so project teams hit the ground running
• Analyse win/loss data to sharpen future bids

We’re looking for

• Degree or HND in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Mgmt or similar
• Curiosity about how buildings go together and a head for numbers
• Confident communicator keen to build client relationships
• Ability to commute to Cookstown (relocation support considered)
