Typical graduate pathway
  1. Months 0-6 - learn the software, price real enquiries, shadow design & site reviews.

  2. Months 6-18 - own small/medium projects; sit design-hand-over meetings; attend client calls.

Day-to-day you will
  • Convert architects' drawings into accurate cost schedules (training provided).

  • Liaise with contractors, merchants and production to lock in budgets and delivery dates.

  • Work with in-house structural engineers on basic calcs and value-engineering ideas.

  • Compile hand-over packs so project teams hit the ground running.

  • Analyse win/loss data to sharpen future bids.

We're looking for
  • Degree or HND in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Mgmt or similar

  • Curiosity about how buildings go together and a head for numbers.

  • Confident communicator keen to build client relationships.

  • Ability to commute to Cookstown (relocation support considered).
