Junior Estimator (Construction)

£30,000 - £35,000 + Progression + Company Bonus + Training + Company Benefits + Monday - Friday

Are you a Junior Estimator or similar looking to progress into an Estimator within a multi-million pound, market leading company?

Do you want to increase your earnings with a twice a year bonus as you receive specialist training from Senior management?

This company, established 30 years ago now have over 40 employees, and are continuing to grow. They produce bespoke exterior joinery products used in high end residential gardens throughout London, as well as in Commercial settings. Due to the promotion of an internal employee, they are looking to add a Junior Estimator to their team.

On a day to day basis you will be involved in developing client relationships, assisting with estimating and tender documents based on engineering drawings, as well as project costs and timescales and overall working with other members of the team to solve design and project problems. You will undergo training from Senior team members as you build your skillset.

This role would suit a Junior Estimator or similar, looking to join a well-established company where they can develop their skillset while having the opportunity to progress into Senior roles.

The Role:

• Monday - Friday (office based).




• Assist with Estimating projects costs and timescales.




• Assist with Tender documentation.

The Person:

• Junior Estimator or similar.




• Looking to progress into Estimation.




• Commutable to Clacton-On-Sea.
