Job Title: Junior Estimator
Salary: £30,000 + Package
Location: West Yorkshire
Sector: Modular Construction

We are looking to speak to enthusiastic individuals who are eager to progress and develop their career within construction. This is a role that will see you work alongside an established commercial department where you will assist with the estimations and pricing of new build modular construction projects in the education, healthcare and retail sectors.

As a Junior Estimator you can expect to:

1. Read from construction drawings
2. Ensure client relationships are maintained throughout negotiations
3. Engage with project & commercial teams
4. Compile costing reports
5. Produce estimates through quotes, proposals and specifications

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

1. Are able to read from construction drawings
2. Have experience using MS Office, specifically Excel
3. Possess strong numeracy & communication skills
4. Have the ability to work as part of a team & on own initiative
5. Have previous experience in an estimating capacity
