Job Description:

We are currently working with a boutique equity investment manager based in London who is looking to expand their team. The fund manages global equity strategies (EM + DM) with a quantitative approach to stock screening. They seek an individual passionate about equity investing, experienced in stock analysis, and skilled in programming (R/Python). The role involves working as a hybrid Fundamental/Quant research analyst, proposing investment ideas, and providing earnings updates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Quantitative screening of stocks based on fundamental and technical factors
  • Performing factor research
  • Conducting fundamental research and presenting findings to the fund manager
  • Developing the equity team’s quantitative models and processes

You will play a key role in researching, developing, and implementing quantitative strategies, as well as analyzing stocks at the company level.
