Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain a variety of security systems, including CCTV and access control
  • Conduct site assessments to determine security system requirements and provide recommendations
  • Communicate with clients to understand their security needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations during installations and maintenance
  • Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of security systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and service calls
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security technology
  • Travel to various national sites as required, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
