Opportunity: Junior Engineer

A great opportunity has arisen for a Junior Engineer who is keen to learn and progress in the service, repair, and installation of industrial doors and loading bay equipment. You will work alongside senior experienced engineers and receive hands-on professional, certified door training with HSE-recognized trainers based in Hemel Hempstead.

About the company

Our client specializes in the supply, installation, and maintenance of loading bay equipment for manufacturing, warehouse loading, and distribution networks. They also provide high-speed doors and roller shutter doors for industrial, production lines, cleanrooms, and food processing applications. They offer comprehensive solutions from single products like dock levellers, scissor lifts, and loading doors to complete loading dock installations, supported by a nationwide repair and maintenance network.

About the role

As a Junior Engineer, you will assist with:

1. The service, repair, and installation of all types of industrial doors, including sectional doors, roller shutters, high-speed doors, and barriers.
2. The service, repair, and installation of loading bay equipment, such as dock levellers, dock guides, traffic lights, dock shelters, and bumpers.

• A starting salary of £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• Potential OTE of £35,000 per year
