Compensation: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Summary

BlackRainbow are looking for a Junior Enablement Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for current and future BlackRainbow products. The candidate will also be able to design and deliver training for the BlackRainbow product suite.

Who We Are

BlackRainbow was created to solve Investigation Case Management inefficiencies faced by Investigators in Law Enforcement, Government Intelligence Sectors and large Corporates at an Enterprise level. We have grown rapidly since bringing our NIMBUS product to market and are well on the way to becoming the standard bearer for innovative forensic (digital and traditional) case and quality management solutions globally. We have worked as, and with, Investigators in over forty countries over the past two decades to understand investigative challenges and develop solutions to meet the needs of the investigator and analyst.

What We Are Looking For

The Junior Enablement Consultant will work with our team to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of NIMBUS within customer environments. They will identify gaps in customer knowledge and design and deliver materials to bridge these gaps. We are looking for someone with excellent written communication skills to create documentation and verbal communication skills. They will also be comfortable creating and delivering training both remotely and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

In this client facing role you will be expected to:

  1. Identify gaps in customer knowledge and design materials to bridge these gaps
  2. Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
  3. Deliver training to customers remotely and in person
  4. Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (sales, product, development, operations, marketing, etc.)
  5. Create and develop both internal documentation and initiatives improving understanding and communication between business functions
  6. Understand and communicate value-driven messaging at both a technical and business level.
  7. Record and communicate (and work to resolve) any risks or issues that may impact project deadlines.

Requirements

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication
  2. Comfort in public speaking
  3. Ability to work well in a team
  4. Ability to learn and adapt autonomously
  5. Excellent general information technology skills
  6. Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment
  7. Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field or equivalent experience
  8. Ability to fulfil all requirements to achieve Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3.

Desirable

  1. Experience of Forensic processes and tools
  2. Experience with SQL and scripting
  3. Experience working in Azure
