A leading and highly reputable law firm is seeking a Junior Employment Solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE) to join its award-winning Employment and HR team, based in Cardiff with flexible hybrid working. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department and a team of experienced specialists on a broad range of employment law and HR matters. The role offers a rich variety of work, including advising on settlement agreements, drafting employment contracts and policies, handling employment tribunal claims, supporting client training and seminars, and advising on day-to-day HR queries.
