In this role, you will work closely with senior HR professionals, providing timely HR advice, managing employee relations cases, and supporting various HR functions. My client, an international service provider with a strong focus on innovation, has an opportunity in their HR team for a proactive Junior ER Advisor.

As a key member of a close-knit team, you will collaborate with senior HR professionals to support offices across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with HR generalist experience who wishes to specialize further in Employee Relations or enhance their ER knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely HR advice and guidance to stakeholders via email, calls, or meetings, ensuring confident, policy-aligned support.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for line managers, assisting with queries and providing reassurance on HR matters.
  • Manage non-complex ER cases, including probation processes (reminders, extensions, terminations), capability plans (PIPs), and absence management.
  • Respond to general HR policy queries and support ER projects.
  • Attend and take minutes at meetings as required.
  • Assist with exit interviews and leaver process documentation.

Applicants must have:

Demonstrable experience in a broad HR support or advisory role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Some exposure to Employee Relations cases.
