Junior Electronic Engineer | £35-45k + expert 1-1 training | Kingston

This is a perfect opportunity for passionate graduate or junior engineers who enjoy getting stuck into their own personal projects, on an expert team of engineers with a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.

Responsibilities as an Junior Electronic Engineer:

  • Designing, simulating, assembling, and testing circuits
  • & international travel to trade shows & events
  • Developing PIC MCUs & FPGAs
  • You’ll have a dedicated mentor with whom you’ll work directly
  • The culture is very flat. There is no micromanagement & you’ll be given a high degree of autonomy

Required skills:

  • 2:1 or higher degree in Electronics Engineering or similar
  • Experience with analogue circuit design & SPICE simulation
  • Demonstrable interest in engineering through a personal project
  • Experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
  • Soldering and small component assembly ability

Desirable skills:

  • PCB layout in Altium or KiCAD
  • C/C++ development on PIC MCUs
  • VHDL programming on FPGAs
  • Python proficiency
