Clear Engineering are currently seeking a number of Associate Electrical Trainers in Dartford as well as numerous other locations across Europe:

The role:

• Deliver high-quality technical training related to electrical engineering
• Manage group learning journeys and progression for engineer training groups
• Achieve performance targets regarding success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment
• Handle administration related to engineer training, assessment, and internal quality assurance
• Lead by example in safety performance within the workplace
• Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), fostering a culture of continuous development and inclusive behaviors
• Intervene appropriately on inappropriate behavior and actively manage bias
• Maintain own Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to meet current and future skills requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of training solutions

Requirements:
