Job description

Clear Engineering is currently seeking Associate Electrical Trainers in Dartford and other locations across Europe.

The role:

• Deliver high-quality technical training related to electrical engineering.
• Manage group learning journeys and progression for engineer training groups.
• Achieve performance targets in success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment.
• Oversee administration related to engineer training, assessments, and internal quality assurance.
• Lead by example in safety performance within the workplace.
• Promote DE&I initiatives, fostering an inclusive culture that supports development and models inclusive behaviors.
• Intervene in inappropriate behaviors and actively manage biases.
• Maintain own CPD to meet current and future skills requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of training solutions.

Requirements:
