Job description

Clear Engineering is currently seeking a number of Associate Electrical Trainers in Dartford, as well as in various other locations across Europe.

The Role:
  • Deliver quality technical training related to electrical engineering.
  • Manage group learning journeys and progression for engineer training groups.
  • Achieve performance targets concerning success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment.
  • Handle all administrative aspects related to engineer training, assessment, and internal quality assurance.
  • Serve as a leader and role model for safety performance within the workplace.
  • Act as an ambassador for DE&I, fostering an inclusive culture that supports colleagues and customers through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and managing bias.
  • Ensure own CPD is up-to-date, covering current and future skills, and maintain compliance with relevant competencies, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years occupational experience.
  • Knowledge of green skills technologies.
  • Understanding of safeguarding requirements in further education and workplace settings.
  • Electrical Installation and Maintenance NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) (for electricians).
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations (for electricians).
  • Inspection and Testing certification (for electricians).
