As a Junior Electrical Manager, you'll support your transition from electrician to leader. You'll receive tailored training and ongoing development, working closely with the Managing Director and NICEIC Manager to maintain high standards and support the engineering team.

This well-established building contractor, operating for nearly a decade in the South East, is experiencing growth and seeks a Junior Electrical Manager to provide technical support, prepare quotes, conduct site surveys, and take on leadership responsibilities.

This role is ideal for a qualified electrician ready to grow into management and make a significant impact within a company that values its staff and success.

The Role of the Junior Electrical Manager Will Involve

1. Working with the Managing Director and NICEIC Manager to ensure departmental efficiency.
2. Raising purchase orders, organizing and conducting quotes and site surveys.
3. Providing technical support and guidance to engineers and communicating with customers to ensure high standards.

The Successful Candidate Will Need

1. 18th Edition and NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification, and a valid driving licence.
2. A proactive attitude and willingness to step into a managerial role.
3. Experience in Commercial and high-end building projects.
