Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is currently seeking a Junior Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) for a Livingston-based role with a major snacks manufacturer. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on factory machinery, complete PPMs, troubleshoot electrical faults using schematics and PLCs, and assist with some mechanical repairs on conveyors and automation.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with training, progression opportunities and overtime.

Qualifications

• Junior Maintenance Engineer with Electrical Maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLCs and schematics.
• Ability to work on both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose and repair factory machinery such as automated and conveyor machinery
• Trouble shooting electrical faults using schematics and PLC's
• Welding and mechanical repairs
• Monday - Friday (8am - 17am)
