Qualifications

• Good communication and teamwork with engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Learn how electrical systems are designed for buildings.
• Assist with lighting and emergency lighting layouts.
• Learn about power and electrical distribution.
• Assist with electrical calculations.
• Produce and update electrical drawings.
• Learn to use AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate building services with other engineers.
• Prepare technical documents and specifications.
• Attend occasional site visits to observe designs in practice.
• Develop understanding of electrical standards and regulations.
