At Premier League Productions we create, produce and distribute all 380 Live Premier League matches, programming, digital and creative content for the most watched football league in the world. As the international broadcast partner of the Premier League, we work closely in partnership with the world’s leading broadcasters to ensure the Premier League remains the most watched, valued and admired league in the world. Our purpose is to be vital to the Premier League, inspire and entertain every football fan across the world. We are passionate about what we do - creating the very best in sports content with a forward-thinking approach.

We are looking for a Junior Editor to join our team at Premier League Productions.

Reporting to the Senior Editor, you will be creating and editing video for Premier League owned & operated digital channels. This will include working in a live production environment, as well as long & short form content creation.

We would love to hear from individuals fully versed in the Adobe Creative Cloud and are fearlessly creative and passionate about football.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This is a fixed term contract until May 2026 based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
  • You will need to be able to do some weekend and evening work (around big match days).

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Edit videos autonomously to a brief for distribution on the Premier League website, app and social media channels.
  • Create a variety of short and long form content, in a variety of aspect ratios, applying digital best practice and editing techniques for various platforms.
  • Work with our archive and original material to create compelling digital-first and / or promo content.
  • Contributing to the generation of content ideas, helping to deliver innovative ideas that drive value for the Premier League.
  • Responsible for adhering to editorial and compliance guidelines.
  • You may be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Ability to create content to a high standard with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously, with strong editorial judgement.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, understanding of the wider Creative Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of social trends and editing techniques, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in line with industry changes
  • Demonstrates good football/social thinking, and an understanding of the audience.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Uses own initiative and ability to work well as part of a team and remotely without close supervision;
  • Previous experience of working to tight deadlines, working effectively under pressure;
  • PC & Mac literate
  • Ability to interpret and execute instructions effectively
