What You'll Do

Hybrid working with travel to Bridgwater and Pineham

Agile, ambitious, and future-focused, we’re looking for a Junior Ecommerce Merchandiser to join our Digital Trading Team. You’ll support our team in managing product categories across our website and app. You will analyse sales performance, optimise product display, and support weekly trading.

• Support e-commerce merchandising in weekly digital department trading.
• Create and manage uploads for campaigns, deals, and new products.
• Analyse and optimise categories using customer, competitor and market data
• Build landing pages for campaigns.
• Manage website and app signposting.
• Review and identify customer journey friction points.
• Provide feedback on competitor activity and search trends.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Some experience in e-commerce such as a basic understanding of search and merch tools. You might have gained the following skills as a graduate or through work experience.
• Data analysis experience; used to producing, analysing and interpreting information and reporting.
• Self-motivated and eager to develop.
• Can juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable using technical tools and systems.
• Customer centric - everything we do is in service of the customer journey so you’ll be passionate about getting it right
  
  

Beneficial Skills:

• Basic HTML, Content management or Product Management experience desirable
