• Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of each of Lounge’s online stores.
• Support the implementation of site enhancements and updates.
• Assist in monitoring and analysing website performance metrics.
• Maintain and upkeep Lounge's product catalogue.
• Assist with merchandising and ordering of PLPs and PDPs.
• Gather and interpret data for continuous improvements.
• Contribute ideas to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.

Overview

Role: Junior eCommerce Executive

Location: Solihull

Duration: FTC - 12-month maternity cover

We’re looking for a passionate Junior eCommerce Executive to join Lounge on a 12-month maternity cover contract, supporting our rapidly growing business. Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin.

During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a Junior eCommerce Executive you will help the eCommerce Team.

What you will do at Lounge

• Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of each of Lounge’s online stores, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Support the on-going implementation of site enhancements, updates, and new features.
• Assist in monitoring and analysing website performance metrics, helping to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Assist in maintaining and upkeeping Lounges product catalogue
• Assist with the merchandising and ordering of PLPs and PDPs
• Assist in gathering and interpreting data to provide recommendations for continuous improvements.
• Contribute ideas and insights to help drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximise revenue.
