Our client, a well-regarded and rapidly growing venture capital firm is seeking an ambitious graduate to support as a Junior EA in the CEO's office.

Based in gorgeous offices in the City, the successful individual will be joining a small, social and high-achieving team who all work incredibly hard.

Ideally, you will have a year's worth of professional services experience post University. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who really wants to learn, get stuck in and kick start their career into becoming a fabulous EA. You will be inquisitive with an exceptional eye for detail, have a can-do attitude and be a creative problem solver as well as happy working in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people.

Duties include:

  1. Administrative support to the Managing Partner and COO
  2. Meeting and Appointment booking
  3. Travel Management
  4. Event Coordination
  5. Scheduling Support
  6. Expense and Credit Card Management
  7. Light office Management support
  8. Covering when EAs are absent

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree minimum 2:1
  2. One year's corporate experience
