Attic Recruitment Limited is advertising a Junior Executive Assistant role in Central London within a successful boutique finance firm. You will support Directors and work closely with senior colleagues across the business in a varied, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

Job description

A brilliant opportunity for a bright, polished and ambitious Junior EA to join a successful boutique finance firm in Central London.

You’ll be supporting Directors and working closely with senior individuals across the business, whilst also getting involved in the wider running of the office. As it’s a boutique team, this is a really varied role where you’ll get exposure to a broad depth of responsibilities.

You’ll work alongside an experienced EA who has been with the business for a number of years and can show you the ropes, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and develop in a high‑calibre environment.

We’re ideally looking for someone with 2+ years’ EA, PA or Team Assistant experience, who is bright, switched-on and keen to progress. You must be flexible and adaptable, happy to take on a broad range of responsibilities and confident working with senior people. A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and a great personality are key. Academically, you must have a top degree and A/B grades at A‑Level minimum.
