Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior e-Disclosure Project Manager to join our team that specialises in offering comprehensive eDiscovery and litigation support. XBundle utilises cutting-edge proprietary technology and works with best-in-class clients and we are looking for someone with a desire to learn new technologies and the applications of these throughout the eDiscovery life cycle.

This individual should show an eagerness to contribute to our fast-growing organisation, working on diverse cases and delivering outstanding client service. We pride ourselves on giving our project managers the necessary bandwidth, enabling them to be consultative and proactive in addressing our clients' needs.

This role is perfect someone in the early stages of their professional life, having just completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and is keen to explore a career in the legal sphere of eDiscovery and litigation support.

Role Outline:

  • Support e-Disclosure Managers in handling eDiscovery clients, participating in a full spectrum of matters and cases.
  • Provide timely assistance and technical support to clients throughout the eDiscovery process.
  • Ensure all administrative documentations such as workflow document, data schedule and holiday schedule are all up to date.
  • Keep up to date with new developments in the market such as tools, products and workflow styles.
  • Embrace flexibility in your role and actively engage in diverse tasks.
  • Continuous training opportunities will be provided, and we encourage team members to pursue certifications.
  • Coordination with e-Disclosure managers on any risks within the team such as Data Security, Data QC, or Reputational Damage potential. Also supporting to resolve these issues such as helping with ISO 27001 certification.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Computer science or Law degree preferable).
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle is desired but not essential.

  • Strong desire to learn about eDiscovery and litigation support.
  • Strong organisational and technical skill.
