  • Produce high-quality layouts and graphical illustrations for various business purposes.
  • Develop engaging digital designs for websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Create motion graphics and adverts for the company’s websites and interact directly with Bloodstock Media clients for advert creation.
  • Develop and maintain templates for different types of editorial content to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Prepare and export digital assets according to the specific requirements of various online platforms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Incorporate feedback from editors, senior designers, and stakeholders to refine and improve digital content.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all digital materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high standards.
  • Work closely with editors, writers, and the marketing team to produce cohesive and innovative digital content.
  • React quickly to changing environments and think on your feet.
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Work across numerous brand styles and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Source, edit, and optimise images for digital content, ensuring they meet quality standards and are properly formatted for web use.

  • Proficiency in motion graphics and animation tools such as After Effects.
  • Familiarity with app build and design.
  • Understanding of how design impacts search engine optimisation.
  • Experience in a publishing environment is beneficial but not essential.
  • Background in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Some experience in digital production design, preferably within an editorial or publishing environment.
  • Experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant tools.
