Job summary

Victoria Beckham is seeking a Junior Technical Pattern Cutter to support Product Development, Atelier and Industrialisation teams in Hammersmith, London. You will digitise, refine and amend patterns using Gerber, ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery along the collection critical path.

With 1–3 years’ pattern cutting experience, you will collaborate across design and production, contribute to pattern packs and adapt carry-over patterns for new fabrics and finishes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in pattern cutting within womenswear or similar fashion environment.
• Experience with Gerber and developing digital patterns.
• Accurate, methodical approach to pattern cutting and technical development.
• Strong eye for shape, proportion, fit and detail.

Responsibilities

• Digitise, refine and amend manual patterns in Gerber for SMS sample development.
• Import/export patterns with suppliers, meeting internal technical standards.
• Maintain seasonal digital pattern folders with version control and archiving.
• Update technical packs and provide input on finishes and pattern amendments.
• Collaborate across Product Development, Atelier and Industrialisation to solve pattern and construction challenges.
• Attend fit sessions and record notes, updating patterns accordingly.
• Meet development deadlines and communicate progress across teams.
• Develop new styles from concept to collection handover when required.
