Hybrid role which requires a minim of 2 office days per week (Uxbridge)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Digital & Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic Design team. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for digital storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a solid understanding of digital design principles, web best practices, and social media content creation. You’ll play a key part in developing high-quality visuals that support multiple brands across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital assets including website graphics, social media content, and email visuals
• Resize, retouch, and optimise imagery to a professional standard for online use
• Edit video content for social media and digital campaigns using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Support in planning and assisting during brand and product photoshoots
• Assist with capturing high-quality product imagery and video in our in-house studio
• Collaborate with the design team on creative asset production for 360 marketing campaigns
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Stay informed on current design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve output

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Basic experience in photo retouching and video editing (training will be provided)
• Familiarity with digital media formats, including social media, web, and video
• Experience with content creation or product photography is a strong plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital design and multimedia work
