About the role.

As our Digital Learning Apprentice, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills while supporting the creation of impactful digital learning content that helps our colleagues grow, thrive, and succeed.

Working within our Talent and Development team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in designing and delivering digital learning solutions. From assisting with onboarding experiences to supporting key initiatives like our ‘Unbox Your Career’ programme, you’ll play an important role in shaping the future of learning at Very.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow in a diverse role, while also earning a Level 3 qualification in Content Design. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to exciting projects. Key responsibilities:

• Supporting with the design and delivery engaging digital learning content and pathways that support individual and manager development.
• Supporting the creation of digital assets to support key initiatives, including ‘Unbox Your Career’ and onboarding, ensuring they’re relevant, purposeful, and have that “wow” factor.
• Supporting with the development and maintenance an annual regulatory digital learning calendar and modules, ensuring compliance rates of 97% or higher.
• Acting as the central point of contact for digital learning across the business, ensuring quality and consistency in content creation.
• Supporting the measurement of learning effectiveness, ensuring our solutions deliver real impact for our people and the business.

**As this role is an apprenticeship, the candidate must not hold an A-level or higher qualification in Design **
