Job description

We are currently recruiting for an Interim Junior Digital Graphic Designer on a 4-month fixed term contract; this role will support our EU Ecommerce Team and will be based in our London Office. The successful candidate will support the EU Digital Graphic Design Team via maternity cover from September 2025 to January 2026 and will report to the Head of Site Planning and Site Operations for EU Ecommerce.

The role of the Digital Graphic Designer is to deliver high quality digital artwork (such as online newsletters, homepage & category page creatives, app content, ad hoc requests…) and all within the requested timeframe and accurately to the briefed requirements.

This is an opportunity for someone with experience interpreting briefs and delivering artwork that is fully in line with brand guidelines and visual tone, looking to work in a fast-paced environment for their next interim assignment.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Interpret design briefs and ensure all assets have the correct branding format
  • Produce homepage, category and collection page mock up designs and banner creatives
  • Design newsletters based on global template designs
  • Support Site operations and Digital marketing teams with ad hoc requests
  • Proactively seek for information about UNIQLO products and their features to create appealing artwork


Skills, Experience and Attributes:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in web/graphic design
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects would be a plus)
  • Essential: You must be available full time, from September 2025 to January 2026
  • Experience interpreting and maintaining global brand guidelines
  • Experience using email builders (Dartagnan)
  • Overall understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Fluent in English; fluency in either French, Italian, German or Spanish would be an advantage
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload with minimal supervision.
