We're looking for a Junior Digital Designer who’s bursting with creativity and curiosity. If you’re interested in all things digital, from image compositing to 3D, from photography and UI to motion graphics - and you’ve got a good eye for visuals, we’d love to hear from you.

You don’t need to be an expert in any of these areas just yet, what matters most is your enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong sense of visual quality. You’ll be mentored by our experienced design team and get hands-on experience across a wide range of exciting projects.

What You’ll Do

• Working within our multi-skilled design team, you’ll be active on a range of design projects that will give you a breadth of experience across UI, compositing, brand, motion graphic and cinematic design.
• Collaborating with creative, development and digital teams to create immersive and compelling digital experiences for our client base.
• Help bring to life real-time vehicle configurators, cinematic visuals, and interactive tools.
• Support creative concepts from moodboarding and mockups to final delivery.
• Learn from an awesome team of designers who’ll help you grow your skills and find your niche.
• Build your confidence with continued exposure to new projects and clients.
• Stay curious, experiment, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You’ll Bring

• A portfolio that shows your eye for design and strong visual quality.
• Interest in one or more of the following areas:
• 3D/Unreal Engine
• Image Compositing
• Photography
• UI Design
• Motion Graphics
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• An eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving creative team.
• A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and love for solving visual challenges.
• (Bonus if you’re into cars, gaming, or emerging tech!)
