THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a highly organized and creative designer with a passion for beautifully executed digital content and brand storytelling?

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join our dynamic and fast-paced design team. In this role, you’ll support the creation of polished digital assets and presentation artwork that bring our brand to life across web, email, and social platforms. From typography to seasonal campaign graphics, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality visuals that reflect our signature style.

With a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a collaborative mindset, you'll be involved in projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring every asset is brand-aligned and beautifully executed.

You will be based at our Head Office in Banbury, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week, subject to business needs. Occasional on-location work may be required.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

• Providing meticulous graphic illustration and presentation artwork to the design team
• Creating clear typography graphics and messages for online use as part of our brand development
• Designing seasonal and branding graphics for web, email, and social media; maintaining a digital asset library
• Following seasonal calendars and meeting critical deadlines
• Understanding artwork and digital production specifications
• Managing projects from concept to completion
• Assisting in creating product and lifestyle imagery for brochures, web campaigns, and social media
• Ensuring timely delivery of work according to specifications
• Creating templates and developing guidelines
• Maintaining the department’s asset filing system
• Making timely amendments across assets
• Performing other duties as required

THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING

• Passion for digital design with a creative approach to jewelry and fashion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator
• Digital video editing skills
• Knowledge of accessories, products, and trends
• Experience with digital graphics layouts
• Strong brand awareness
• Understanding of digital communications and customer behavior
• A strong portfolio demonstrating project versatility and brand alignment
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Professional, positive, and collaborative demeanor with excellent communication skills

• Salary of £25,500 per annum
