Job Description:
  • Coordinate and book digital marketing campaigns for RTL AdAlliance's international clients.
  • Ensure campaigns start on time and provide proof of activation where possible.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance towards benchmarks, budget delivery, and client KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot deals and campaigns to ensure revenue growth.
  • Provide campaign insights and analysis with actionable recommendations.
  • Manage and optimize programmatic and IO campaigns for all products (Digital Video, ATV, Display).
  • Guide clients on tracking possibilities and vendor integrations based on the media partners included in the campaign strategy.
  • Ensure that creatives and tags meet media partner technical specifications and tracking guidelines.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Media, Digital, or Business-related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in digital campaign coordination and booking
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and media landscape
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic technological understanding of digital advertising platforms
