RAC has a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Digital Content Editor on an 11-month FTC to join our team within the Creative Studio in Bristol. This role will be delivered on a flexible hybrid model of working three days from home and two days at our Bradley Stoke office.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Content Editor, the core function is to assist with the delivery of digital content to support sales, profit, brand, and member experience. You will be part of a team responsible for the customer experience of rac.co.uk, in both mobile and desktop environments.

What You’ll Do…

• Supporting day-to-day relationships with key contacts
• Working with CMS to upload and edit content
• Assisting in developing and delivering new content in various formats
• Ensuring content is optimized for SEO
• Completing BAU delivery (small site changes)
• Supporting wider marketing initiatives with relevant digital content
• Ensuring the site supports an optimum user experience

What You’ll Need…

The ideal candidate will have experience using CMS and HTML, and experience within a similar role would be beneficial. You’ll also possess the following:

• An exceptional eye for attention to detail
• Exposure to consumer and retail marketing
• Experience communicating with wider teams within the business at all levels
• PC literate with a full understanding of Microsoft programmes
• Some knowledge of the Financial Services market
• A basic understanding of the motoring services industry
