What You’ll Be Doing

• Fix bugs and improve code quality across complex customer systems.
• Build and evolve an AI-powered Support Agent to streamline day-to-day tasks.
• Contribute to backend development in a collaborative Agile team.
• Help shape the future of our AI tools with practical, real-world input.
• Work closely with customers (indirectly) to ensure high-quality, reliable outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

• Smart, driven, and AI-obsessed – this is our #1 priority.
• Passionate about software quality, user experience, and doing things right.
• At least 2 years' experience in backend/server-side development.
• Strong in Python or C++ (or another OO language).
• Good understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) and best practices in software design.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Science, Maths, or Physics background preferred (not essential).
• Bonus: Experience with MCP servers or knowledge of the travel industry.

We can offer Hybrid Working

We're based in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment. You'll be expected to work from the office 2–3 days per week to stay close to the team and the evolving tech.
