Junior or Mid Level Developer (Flutter) - Fareham or Hybrid - Up to £45k + Benefits

Our client, a tech incubator revolutionising technology in their space, is looking to hire a Junior Flutter Developer to join their team and contribute to exciting new products in 2025.

The team is currently small, with 5 members, and plans to double in size next year. The business is part of a larger, successful technology solutions brand.

We are seeking someone at a Junior/Graduate level or with a few years of experience:

1. Some experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart
2. Knowledge of deploying apps to iOS and Android (projects from university or personal work are acceptable)
3. Ability to build clean, responsive UIs using Flutter widgets
4. Familiarity with state management tools like Provider or Riverpod
5. Experience connecting apps to REST APIs
6. Understanding of basic testing in Flutter (unit or widget tests)
7. Comfortable using Git and version control systems

In return, a competitive salary is offered: up to £35k for the Graduate role and up to £45k for mid-level candidates.
