Job summary

Ben Sherman in Leeds is seeking a Junior Designer to generate new ideas and designs under the Brand Director's guidance. You will take initial research through sketches to full tech packs, collaborating with designers, buyers and tech teams to develop and launch products.

You will also provide essential administrative support to the department, helping keep projects on track and aligned with the brand DNA. This is a full-time role based in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Research competitor trends and market knowledge to inform design decisions.
• Generate on-brand ideas from design briefs and briefs interpretations.
• Create colour palettes and Pantone selections for seasonal ranges.
• Attend design meetings, take notes, and action developments with teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate tech packs for product development.
• Produce design artworks and updates for fabrics and prints.
• Organise design space and manage samples for presentations.
• Support seasonal launches by preparing and arranging samples as required.
